As children at school we don't usually learn how to work through the process of internal growth and transformation, and neither is this usually modeled at home.

Therefore entering into a transformative process is really helped if you have both a cognitive understanding of how to move through this most easily, and also support from those experiencing, and experienced, to share the journey and ease the path.
